Edenia Pastry Dough is fine, and after baking it becomes airy and fluffy. The two pieces inside the package are individually wrapped, meaning they can be defrosted and used independently, according on the amount required. Edenia Filo Pastry sheets are thin and at the same time, elastic and resistant. They separate easily from one another and do not stick to each other.
