The role of the Human Resources department is to insure conformity between the business strategy and the human resources strategy of the company, by approaching fair and coherent policies and practices, with the purpose of obtaining the assumed commitment towards the mission and values of Macromex.

HR Objectives:
  • acquire and preserve the "favorite employer" position on the labor market
  • invest in and cultivate the human capital, in order to develop the necessary competences that create value for Macromex business
  • implement the „human resources marketing” concept, both in developing the top employer brand and in using the best possible human resources mix: remuneration policy, social policy, employee education, social climate and conduct, company representation and social image on the labour market
  • value people and porve it to them
In 2006 we occupied the 26th position and in 2007 the 32rd position in “Top Capital – 100 Best companies to work for”, which motivated us to become more efficient and more eager to attract talented people who share our values. Thus, we have been searching to find in our potential employees dynamism, creativity, a winner’s mentality, perseverance, desire to evolve, passion.

Macromex was inaugurated in 1993, starting with only three employees, whereas today it has no less than 365 employees, all constituting one of the most powerful professional teams on the relevant market.
