Large scale succes is made of small details, of little gestures reiterated thousands of times. Every day, ebery hour our agents talk to costumers and help them elaborate the orders.

The sales department is responsible with the implementation of Macromex commercial policy on a national level, with the purpose of attaining strategy and sales objectives. Here are some of the Sales Department responsibilities:
  • scheduling and performing activities meant to lead the company to meeting its performance criteria (sales volume and sales value, margin, average price, numerical distribution)
  • managing the sales budgets, organizing and establishing the optimum allocation of all company resources. The sales people are responsible with developing the sales strategy, with elaborating the sales plan and with closely observing the process of implementation. The sales team also takes care of implementing the Macromex crediting policy on the market. monitoring and cashing payments from customers as well as insuring an effective communication with them.
They also analyze the results of the actions they undertake in order to prevent and adjust certain malfunctionfs.
