To achieve our goals, we are looking for new team members, for our successful Supply Chain team, Senior Buyer who can help us bring our plan to life.

This is the role summary:

As a Senior Buyer you will manage the full end2end product cycle from sourcing to sales
Evaluate current suppliers and find new ones and partnering with them to ensure the growth of both companies
Working closely with the Demand, Sales, Marketing teams to ensure supply and sales out
Will have a great exposure and ownership to drive real change, willing to travel and discover new opportunities (travelling at least 40%).

Cerințe

Ideal candidate:

You are an enthusiastic Buyer/Senior Buyer and already have at least 5 years’ experience in this area
Already have 1/3 years’ experience both in Sales and Marketing, preferably in food FMCG
Live and breathe the food industry and follows the latest trends\ NPD in food
With a degree in Economics or Marketing
You should also like numbers and be able to analyse customer insight, sales, and trend
MS Office package and Excel is not your worst enemy
Particularly excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm and energy to bring plans to live
You have an interest in sustainability and innovation
You are commercially savvy and recognize joint opportunities for growth
Willing to and can negotiate like it is your business
‘Can do’ attitude and willing to role your sleeves up to run cross functionally

Fluent in English, second language is a plus.
